A sad day at NSU
My sister's 'silly hat day' had finally arrived. It all began with Mr. Walking Dead, i.e. the President showing up an hour late. The guests section was placed so far behind; we never even got to see the stage.
Flat screen TVs installed at different corners were showing still images of the guest speakers. Not live feeds, but still images. How very thoughtful of you NSU! Ropes were used to hold fans hanging precariously above us.
The presenter needed some English lessons badly and sounded like he hadn't slept the night before. Mayhem broke loose when snack boxes were being distributed before they ran out soon. This was mismanagement and incompetence of the highest level. Even before the graduates got to receive their certificates one by one, parents had had enough; the hall had half emptied already. And to cap it off, after enduring five hours of torment, all my sister received was a paper asking her to collect her graduation certificate from the registry. It is shocking and extremely disappointing for the best private university (self titled) in the country to have organized a graduation so poorly, and planned it so shoddily. Hang your heads in shame NSU.
