Bus conductor stabbed to death in Ctg
A man was stabbed to death in West Madarbari area under Double Mooring Police Station in the port city yesterday afternoon.
The deceased Md Yusuf, 25, son of Yusuf Majhi, was a bus conductor of S Alam Bus Service.
According to witnesses, Yusuf was locked in an altercation around 2:30pm with some local goons which led to a scuffle.
At one point, they stabbed Yusuf and fled the scene, leaving him critically injured, sources said.
He was rushed to the Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) but doctors declared him dead shortly after his arrival, Md Parvez, police outpost duty officer, told The Daily Star.
