Don't raze BGMEA Bhaban

Should the 15 storied BGMEA Bhaban built with hundreds of crores of taka be demolished only for some lapses and omissions of some persons? The facts are lapses, omissions, negligence of duty and corruption are rampant in our country for decades together. These can not be removed in a day or two by demolishing BGMEA Bhaban only. In 1610 the Moghuls built the Dhaka city in an unplanned way and ever since it continued to grow and expand day by day haphazardly for last four hundred years. Under no circumstances we are in favour of razing to dust the BGMEA Bhaban. We opine that for approach to BGMEA building a bridge and an underground canal/drain may be constructed for flow of Hatirpur canal to settle the matter peaceful and economically in the interest of public service.
