Robbery at jewellery
Robbers looted jewelry goods worth about Tk 15 lakh from a jewellery at Abdullahpur in South Keraniganj on Friday midnight.
Iqbal Hossain, owner of Janani Jewelers, said 7 to 8 bandits swooped on his shop at Habib Super Market and looted 20 tolas of gold ornament, 35 tolas silver and Tk 7,000 by breaking locker.
Iqbal filed a case with South Keraniganj Police Station in this connection yesterday.
