"It's a shame, it's a disgrace"
I refer to the letter written by Lt. Gen. (Retd) Hasan Mashhud Chowdhury, published in your paper on 26 January 2008.
Many ordinary citizens wasted their time writing letters on this problem created by the VIPs, who, according to him, are “Totally oblivious of such actions.”
But the venerated General, a VIP himself, must not spend his precious time writing letters. He should rather take action to bring an end to this public ignominy because, I suppose, creating traffic obstacle is a punishable offence!
