Zainab Alam
Zainab Alam, mother of Shahin Akhter, staff correspondent of the daily New Age, died of diabetes complications at Bangladesh Medical College and Hospital in the capital yesterday. She was 56, said a press release.
She is survived by her son and four daughters.
She was buried at Azimpur graveyard in the capital following her namaz-e-janaza at a local mosque after Asr prayers.
