Obituary
Md Lutfar Rahman, former inspector general of police (IGP), passed away at National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases in the capital Saturday night. He was 61, said a press release.
He left behind his wife, two sons, two daughters and a host of relatives to mourn his death.
