US gives training on antiterrorism to police, immigration officials
The US government recently provided a four-day-long antiterrorism assistance training on Fraudulent Document Recognition (FDR) to the police and immigration officials of Bangladesh.
The US Department of State's Antiterrorism Assistance Programme and the US Embassy's Regional Security Office conducted the training at Police Staff College in Dhaka till July 25, said a press release of US embassy.
Officials of the immigration section, passport section, security control office, and sections of the Special Branch of Bangladesh Police participated the training to help them detect fraudulence .
