In this detailed analysis of the many trends that have substantiated Urdu poetry and fiction through the centuries, Sadiq provides a unique perspective to his readers. Sarshar, Ghalib, Firaq, et al, are among the major literary figures whose stories make the work eminently readable. Simply lovable.
