Three fishermen drown in Bay: 1 body recovered
Body of one of three fishermen who were drowned while fishing in the Bay of Bengal on Wednesday was recovered yesterday.
The recovered body was of Moinuddin. He along with two others named Sohrab Ali Haldar of Pratapnagar village in Pratapnagar union in Assassuni upazila and Mainul Islam of Komorpur village in Padmapukur union in Shyamnagar upazila were drowned when their fishing boat capsized in sea in Alorkol area in the Sundarbans.
Ahad's brother Zahed Ali, also a fisherman brought the body of his brother to his village early in the morning yesterday, sources said.
Bodies of the other fishermen could not be recovered, sources said.
