Arms recovered in Khagrachhari

The army-led joint forces recovered one country-made gun, one foreign revolver, and 10 bullets from Rashiknagar Bairapa village under Dighinala upazila in the hilly district early yesterday. Acting on a tip, the joint force team raided the remote Rashiknagar Bairapa house of Ranjit Chakma at 4:30am and recovered arms and ammunition, police said. Sensing the presence of the security forces, Ranjit Chakma fled the scene.
