Traffic rules
Frankly speaking, new kinds of motorized and wheel-based vehicles are imported, not made by us. Sometimes, these kinds of technologies are bought from developed countries to make motorized vehicles.
Nobody can argue that we are maintaining proper discipline on roads, which is the combination of several types of rules and regulations. Does everybody know about the rules and regulations on roads? Is everybody alert as to how to ride or drive one's vehicle? Do they know the different speed limits on road?
It is vitally important that people know about traffic rules and regulations.
