A poor captain
Why is Ashraful still the captain? He has no leadership attributes. He has no sense of responsibility. He has no sense of planning. I simply cannot understand how professional cricketers forget how to play cricket and start playing like school children playing in the streets.
A player who knows how to set up a field, rotate bowlers and is capable of playing well under pressure should be selected as captain.
