There should be certain restrictions on walking on the railway slippers. Fatal accidents can take place any time.
These deaths are unfortunate. Sometimes people carelessly walk on the railway slippers and do not hear the whistles of the train, thus the driver does not have anything to do at the last moment.
The point is that there should be some rules to prevent people from doing such risky things which can lead to awful mishaps.
