The editorial on the subject on September 18 in a daily hit the nail on the head, fair and square. How long will this government allow public funds to be managed by inexperienced officials toying with Bangladesh Biman?
Do they want Biman to go bankrupt?
One wonders how people with no experience whatsoever, of earning a penny of commercial revenue, will bring financial viability to Biman, a commercial airline operating under cut-throat competition?
Will the IMF respond to this? They will not, as they are the monarch of all they survey in this unlucky land let down by the politicians, and now by inept amateurs coming to run and make sick commercial organisations financially viable!
No wonder, the sensible last MD of Biman hemmed in by these inept bosses did not relish his assignment!
