Wasa and sewerage system

The Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (Wasa) was founded in 1963. Since then it is in charge of water supply in the city. Wasa, a semi-autonomous corporation, introduced the water supply and drainage systems in the city. We can find Wasa working hard to supply water to the people & to maintain regular water supply it has taken up lots of projects. Consumers regularly pay Wasa bills, though they are not getting water on a regular basis. In summer, the water crisis becomes acute. But I am not writing this letter to highlight this particular problem. My question is about the sewerage system of the city. From its founding, has Wasa ever taken any project for the maintenance of the sewerage system? It seems their only plan is to supply water, nothing else. If they don't take any responsibility for the sewerage system, why should it be part of the organisation's name? It should change its name. In the rainy season, we are suffering due to the poor sewerage system. People even don't know where they should go to complain about the poor sewerage system. Is anybody listening?
