Good leader
A good leader must have a projected plan, programme and a decision-making body before taking up the highest seat of the republic with the latest equipment and the most competent persons.
A good leader is judged by the compatriots he/she keeps and the efficient use of the resources for all the citizens because the end justifies the means, which is recorded fairly and vividly in the country's history.
