Tourism potential

No doubt Bangladesh has immense potential in tourism. But still it is not developed due to the lack of interest and proper policy of the government. The recent announcement on establishing a national tourism board is a ray of hope for the development of tourism industry in Bangladesh. But it is not enough, because tourism industry is an amalgam of other industries like transportation, accommodation, international technology etc. To promote wildlife tourism, the government should think about those forest guards who have been protecting our national parks and sanctuaries from poachers with outdated arms and without proper clothes and shoes. They are struggling to survive with their families with a meagre salary in lieu of their valuable service. Then how can we think of developing our tourism sector?
