Overbridge in bad shape
I hasten to inform everybody before an accident takes place that the foot overbridge at Asad Gate is in very bad condition. The steel plates have developed holes due to rust in many places. Like this foot overbridge, many over bridges in Dhaka are in poor condition.
The City Corporation should check periodically the conditions of foot overbridges to ensure the safety of people. Police patrolling is required after sunset so that unwanted people do not cause trouble to the users.
