Education commission
The government has announced a new education commission. The new commission will follow Dr. Qudrat-e-Khuda Education Commission which was the first education commission in Bangladesh. To form a new education commission, a committee was announced on 8 April.
The first meeting of this committee was held on May 3. In the first meeting they addressed the issue of primary education syllabus.
We hope the recommendations of the commission will be implemented in the greater interest of the nation. Our education system really needs some streamlining.
