Thick plot!
There is a new Bollywood release and this one has a really thick plot. People from the AL and the BNP now claim that when Khaleda Zia and Sheikh Hasina were imprisoned by the military-backed government, they were served poisonous food! This is heavy stuff.
First of all, even Bollywood movies don't use this sort of things any more (they used to put these in the 80s and early 90s). There are plenty of sophisticated poisons available these days that simply tasting the food will not tell you absolutely anything. You can eat, go home, rest and a day or two later you suddenly pass away! Secondly, the people who had the courage to arrest powerful people like Khaleda Zia and Sheikh Hasina were not stupid. They knew very well that if either of these ladies died while in custody then there would have been a Liberation War II in Bangladesh by now. On the contrary, instead of trying to kill these ladies they went out of their way to provide foolproof security for them. Finally, when someone else controls the food you eat, the air you breathe and the water you drink, they can kill you absolutely any time they want. The fact that Khaleda Zia and Sheikh Hasina contested the general election and are now enjoying very handsome salaries (paid by us), prove beyond doubt that the interim government didn't want to kill them.
Please stop this ludicrous comedy and do the job that you are paid to do. If not, step aside and let someone else do it. You must realise that everything is not always about you. This is our country. We have no more time for comedy and we don't have unlimited resources for launching endless probes and enquiries. The resources we have must be used for the country and the people.
