Solar eclipse
Millions of people across Asia, watched the longest solar eclipse on July 22, 2009. This eclipse has a great significance because the next total solar eclipse will be visible from Bangladesh after 105 years.
People all over the country watched this phenomenon with awe and delight. But when I think of the next total solar eclipse which will occur on June 3, 2114, I get an eerie feeling because those who watched this eclipse with so much enthusiasm and excitement will not be there, a new generation will witness the occasion. One hundred years is a very long time, there will be many changes in our country and I wish the changes would be for a better future.
