AL's debacle, a lesson for BNP
BNP won the Gazipur polls. But it cannot be said that BNP has become popular overnight. Rather AL has tunneled its path of defeat by Padma Bridge, Hall-Mark and Destiny scams, share market disaster, Chhatra League's activities and finally Dr. Yunus's case. All the achievements of this government have been eclipsed by these negative happenings.
BNP could face the same fate in the future if it wins the next parliamentary election. So they should be aware. Why our ruling parties do not take lessons from the history is a mystery!
