Budget's 'political risk'
Many of us fail to understand how the finance minister could escape a battery of supplementary questions on his casual and very dubious remark about political risk and the trial of war criminals, to implement his wishful annual budget. I would request the learned finance minister to explain his 'risk factor' our understanding.
