One answer is: It is very difficult to find decent people in AL.

AL advisers may have failed to whisper in PM's ear that she must remain cool when selecting words, and avoid harsh or inappropriate words that hurt neutral or innocent people.

Damage done is irreversible. Mr Asraf harmed the party in several ways… firstly by appeasing PM excessively. I heard a lot about his father, the great leader Syed Nazrul Islam, who worked closely with Sheikh Mujib without giving personal gain a priority.
