Eid For Children
As Dhaka became almost empty with holidaymakers leaving the capital to celebrate Eid with their families outside the city, those who stayed back enjoyed a different kind of Eid. Dhaka does not have too many places where one could spend quality leisure or fun time during the holidays. It was the usual fun fairs and parks. The city dwellers thronged Shishu Park, Hatirjheel and Fantasy Kingdom on the city outskirts and children seem to have gotten the most out of it.
