Ekushey Spurs Youth
This year, Amar Ekushey came when the entire nation led by the young generation had been demanding capital punishment for war criminals. With flowers and wreaths in hands, thousands walked to the Central Shaheed Minar barefooted to pay homage to language martyrs. From there, many thronged the Ekushey Boi Mela at the Bangla Academy premises to buy books.
