An absolute disaster is waiting to happen. Where the government is not able to ascertain the building quality of garment factories, how can we even fathom out how to build a nuclear power plant?! Russia and Japan have clearly shown that radiation containment is not kid's play even for developed countries.

At least my electrical engineering degree tells me nuke power is safe. We must feed our economic growth by any means. Once a nuke plant is built, government could stop giving subsidy on power because it will be cheaper then.
