Huawei does DCC's job
This is in response to the write-up printed in The Daily Star titled “Huawei cleans Dhaka city streets” on July 14, 2013. I would like to commend Huawei for the initiative they took. It was a responsibility to be carried out by DCC but they have so far failed miserably to perform their duty. Thank you, Huawei. You have set a wonderful example and I sincerely hope that others will learn from you.
