Internet users' plight
Recently BTRC took a decision that the minimum speed of the broadband internet connection should be starting from 1Mb/s. But it is a matter of sorrow that the broadband internet service providers do not comply with the order. They are harassing the subscribers with different technical problems and low internet speed. Moreover, they are charging exorbitant fees. We, the broadband internet users, ask the government to look into the matter and implement the aforementioned internet speed as soon as possible.
