The construction work of the four-lane road from Pahartoli to Kadamtoli in Chittagong is going on very slowly creating problems for commuters, especially when it rains. Construction of roads and flyovers has become a matter of pain for the city dwellers. Traffic jam is increasing rapidly.
Mayor Manzurul Alam assumed office with the commitment that he would make the city neat and clean. What happened to his commitment?
