Poor show at the pitch

Bangladesh lost the T20 match with Sri Lanka by 17 runs. Would it take a rocket scientist to figure out whether we would have won if those 19 runs weren't gifted to the opposition? Shahadat Hossain has once again failed Bangladesh due to his poor bowling. I simply cannot understand why the selectors continue to pick him for the squad when Bangladesh has lost several matches due to his poor performance.
The fielding in some cases was completely unacceptable. It's very embarrassing when the bowl goes through between the legs to the boundary. Easy catches were dropped as well. I really hope the selectors will look into these failures seriously.
