Revise quota system in BCS exams
The existing quota system in BCS examination is unfair and unjust. It not only deprives the meritorious candidates but also aggravates the unemployment problem. It also fails to ensure the entry of the talented ones in the public service. There is no such quota system in private sector jobs. The Public Service Commission (PSC) should revise the prevailing quota system and reduce it to 15 percent.
