Rice Smile on Farmers

After months of hardship, it is finally time for farmers to harvest rice. They are busy cutting, carrying and husking the paddy plants and drying the rice. In between, they have a short break for lunch. The farmers are hopeful about making a good profit by selling the staple. The photos were taken at Ashulia and Aminbazar on the outskirts of Dhaka and at Maowa of Munshiganj last week.
