Western retailers' contribution
Western retailers wanted to donate in our garment sector. But the fact is, our garment sector needs to be paid a reasonable price rather than donation. Western retailers purchase clothes from Bangladesh at minimal prices and make maximum profits by selling them in their market. But our garment workers who make these clothes struggle to make both ends meet. They deserve proper wages for their hard work.
