Joya Ahsan's New Mission

Joya Ahsan has collaborated with Kolkata-based director Kaushik Ganguly for the first time. The film will be titled Bishorjon and she will be co-starring alongside Abir Chattopadhyay and Kaushik Ganguly himself. The logo and poster for the film have been recently revealed.

The film's story revolves around a love story between the two sides of Bengal; it will portray the notion that borders cannot contain love, with Joya Ahsan playing the role of a widowed Bangladeshi woman who falls in love with an Indian man. The movie is expected to come out on 14th April. She was last seen in "Eagoler Chokh" by Arindam Sil and will also be seen in the upcoming film "Goheen Baluchor".
