Bashundhara Kings came twice from behind and also rattled the woodwork twice before holding hosts Mohun Bagan Super Giant to a 2-2 draw in their AFC Cup away encounter at Kalinga Stadium in Odisha on Tuesday night.

Dimitrios Petratos gave Mohun Bagan a 32-minute lead before Dorielton Gomes equalised in the next minute. Kings again conceded the lead with a strike from Asish Rai in the 54th minute but captain Robson Da Silva brought Kings back in the match, converting a penalty in 70th minute.

With the first draw in three matches, the Bangladesh Premier League champions -- who could not undergo any training session in India before the match due to delay in receiving visas -- are now in the second position of the four-team table with four points, three less than leaders Mohun Bagan.

Securing a point from Mohun Bagan kept Kings' hopes alive to top the table. They will host Mohun Bagan and Maldives' Maziya SRC and play their last away match against Odisha FC. Thus, they can expect more on the home matches, especially the way they played.
