ANJAN DUTT TO PLAY THE LEAD ROLE IN 'MONBAKSHO'

The Indian musician singer Anjan Dutt plays the lead role as Nirjhar Chowdhury in the movie Monbaksho. He says the movie is poetic as well as modern and it has depth in its plot. This is the first time for Anjan Dutt to work in a Bangladeshi film; he also sang in the movie. Bidya Sinha Mim is his co-artist in the movie where she plays the role of Maitree. Among many others, Niloy, Kolyan and Bappa are some other artist. Kona, Elita, Rupam and band Chirkut is involved in the music of this movie.

Anjan Dutt says he had exchange of music with Bangladesh and nine of his albums were released from Dhaka but he never worked in aBangladeshi film; Monbaksho is paving the way for him to work here, he added.
