Pan Pacific Sonargaon celebrates 45 years of hospitality

Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka is celebrating its 45th anniversary with special dining experiences at Café Bazar, Jharna Restaurant, Pool Café and Lobby Lounge from August 19 to 31, 2026.

Dibakar Dominic Desouza, general manager of Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka, inaugurated the anniversary celebrations at the hotel premises in Dhaka recently, according to a press release.

To mark the milestone, Café Bazar is offering a special anniversary buffet dinner featuring Beef Wellington, Arabic Lamb Mandi, slow-braised beef short ribs, lamb shank, Chattogram beef mejban, traditional haleem and live jilapi, alongside an assortment of pithas and desserts.

The buffet is priced at Tk 8,500 per person, inclusive of all taxes and charges, and includes a complimentary soft drink, a 20 percent cash discount and participation in a daily raffle draw, according to a press release.

At Jharna Restaurant, guests can enjoy a specially curated four-course anniversary dinner priced at Tk 4,500 per person, inclusive of all taxes and charges.

At Pool Café, guests ordering steak, salmon or mixed grill will receive a complimentary anniversary dessert and soft drink. They can also enjoy a 15 percent discount on the Gueridon Salad Menu and Dine & Dive during the anniversary period.

At Lobby Lounge, every high tea order comes with a complimentary one-hour swimming voucher, while celebration cake orders are eligible for a 15 percent discount.

Through these offerings, Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka is inviting guests to celebrate 45 years of hospitality, cherished memories and memorable flavours at one of Dhaka’s longstanding hospitality destinations.
