Modhumoti Bank holds 13th AGM

Modhumoti Bank PLC yesterday held its 13th annual general meeting (AGM) at Sheraton Dhaka in Banani.

Salahuddin Alamgir, chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting, according to a press release.

Mohammad Ismail Hossain, vice-chairman of the bank; Mostafa Kamal, chairman of the executive committee of the bank; and A Mannan Khan, chairman of the risk management committee, attended the AGM.

A large number of shareholders from across the country attended the AGM. They approved the bank’s future plans and directives presented at the meeting.

They also shared their views on the bank’s future strategy, service expansion, and the improvement of customer service quality. Md Shafiul Azam, managing director, and Md Rezaul Karim, company secretary, along with other directors, the external auditor, and senior officials, were also present at the meeting.
