CCC to pull down illegal billboards from today

Chittagong City Corporation (CCC) will launch a drive to pull down the illegal billboards in the city from today, CCC magistrate Najia Shirin told The Daily Star.

On May 25, at a meeting with officials of revenue department of CCC, Mayor AJM Nasir Uddin declared to remove all illegal billboards. The meeting informed that a total of 1,033 billboards are illegal now in the city.
