Election for Actors’ Equity to be held on January 28, informs Shahiduzzaman Selim

Actors' Equity is considered to be the biggest association for television actors.

The election for the association will be held on January 28.

Renowned actor and the current president of Actors' Equity Shahiduzzaman Selim, has informed The Daily Star that the nominations for the position of President, General Secretary, among other positions are yet to be announced.

Noted actor Khairul Alam Sabuj will be the chief election commissioner this year, while eminent thespian Mamunur Rashid is the head of the appeal board.
