‘Raat Adda’ unveils three-day Eid special with star guests

A special Eid edition of “Raat Adda”, hosted and scripted by Tanvir Tareq, will be aired over three consecutive days during the festival.

The three-part programme will feature actress Zakia Bari Mamo on Eid day, actress Deepa Khandakar on the second day, and singer Dola Rahman on the third day.

The shows will be broadcast from 10:00pm to 12:00am on Jago FM 94.4.

Zakia Bari Mamo, who plays a key role in this year’s Eid release “Bonolota Express”, will speak about the film, her career, and personal experiences. Deepa Khandakar will discuss the rise and relevance of social dramas and the evolving landscape of drawing-room media.

Singer Dola Rahman will share her thoughts on the current direction of music, including the influence of TikTok and reels, alongside reflections on her career and personal life.

Speaking about the programme, Tanvir Tareq said Eid specials should go beyond conventional questions, allowing for broader and more engaging conversations.
