Lion dies at Dulahazra Safari Park

A lion died on Wednesday at Dulahazra Safari Park in Cox's Bazar's Chakaria.

The Asiatic lion, named Sohel, was 24. According to park officials, Sohel had been suffering from old-age complications for around four years.

They found Sohel dead inside its designated enclosure in the afternoon, said Mazaharul Islam, in-charge of the park.

The lion was brought to Dulahazra from Dhaka zoo in 2004 when it was four.
