Lead actors for 'Avatar' sequel trilogy signed!

James Cameron is set to take the world of cinema yet again, as he preps to shoot not one, not two, but three sequels to 'Avatar', which will be released in 2016, 2017 and 2018. He's officially signed the stars from the first film to reprise their roles. Both Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana have signed on for the new trilogy to play Jake Sully and Neytiri, who have been rumored to have cute Na'vi kids in the sequels. Stephen Lang, who played the brutish military commander that dies in the original film, has also been signed, and how he returns will be interesting to see since he died in the first film!
The environmental appeal of Avatar will stay intact in the sequels. In Cameron's words, “We're making up an ocean ecosystem for Pandora, and it has to do with my concerns about conservation of Earth's oceans. The fact that we're basically overfishing, climate change… a few degrees of temperature rise are going to basically take out the coral reefs. All those beautiful images of the coral environments we all grew up with won't exist in 50 years at the rate we're going in terms of pumping greenhouse gases into the environment. These are the things that concern me.”
