Spitfire Reopens

Spitfire Barbeque and Grill officially reopened on the 26th of August, 2016. A small re-opening ceremony was arranged for friends, family and well-wishers of the popular Dhaka restaurant. Sticking to the tried and tested, Spitfire returns true to its form with a few notable embellishments, of course.

The signature dishes of Spitfire, which gained popularity for its delicious steak preparations, are currently their Spitfire Lamb Steak, Seafood Royal Grilled Platter, Royal Grilled Platter and Grilled Lamb Chop, among others. The Rib-eye Steak, filet mignon, Salmon Carpaccio, Prawn Satay etc are also all available. The taste has yet to have been lost in the shuffle and this bodes well for the restaurant, however as it was just a re-opening not much can fairly be said about the food or the service. 

Amdist the revelry of the reopening, a perceptible tension was noticeable, given the tragedy that has refused to leave the residents and visitors to Gulshan. However, Spitfire has kept the security concerns in mind with a seven layer security system. Armed security personnel man the gates whilst metal detector doors are placed right at the main entrance. The entire compound is under CCTV camera survelliance while there is bullet proof glass interior, three emergency exits at the backdoor and finally, the restaurant staff are well trained to combat against security threats.
