Man murdered by wife, his brother
A man was killed allegedly by his wife and his younger brother at his residence in Durgapur upazila of Rajshahi early yesterday.
The victim was Abu Saleh M Bablu, 48, of Deluabari village.
Police arrested Bablu's wife Masuma Akhtar Lina, 35, and his younger brother Abu Saleh M Dablu, 32, in connection with the murder.
Quoting Bablu's two sons who witnessed the incident, Durgapur Police Station Officer-in-Charge Saiful Islam said the duo killed the man by pressing a pillow on his face.
The arrestees confessed to the killing, he said adding that they committed the murder following an extra marital affair between them.
The victim's uncle Abdus Sattar filed a case with the police station.
