Attention: BTRC

I got an email below a few hours back, from a Bangladeshi VoIP phone service provider to its customer about the service disruption. Now the question to BTRC, if they really want to start Call Centre business which requires Redundancy of our Undersea Cable, how will they make it happen with BTTB management for our only Undersea Cable? I want BTRC to answer this question before they promote Call Centre in Bangladesh. Compare this with Sri Lanka and Pakistan, which have had problems only once each in the past five years. Redundancy is a key question for Bangladesh and BTTB.
