Visa transfer problems in Kuwait

I am a NRB, presently staying in Kuwait. Last one month there was lot of problems with Saudi Arabia but presently it is going to be solved because all of our media highlighted that problems and the government also taken action. But in Kuwait we are facing lots of problems but nobody has highlighted it. For more than one year visa transfer from one company to another company has been stopped. Due to that every month 2/3 thousand people return to Bangladesh. Visa transfer is a common for all nationality. When one project completed we can go to any other project we wish. Also, there are lots of jobs. They need us and we need the job but due to the transfer ban for Bangladeshis we cannot go to other companies. There is no option but for us to leave Kuwait. Last 15 years I am working in Kuwait's oil sector, I have never faced this type of problem. Every 5 years our company changed we also joined a new company. This time also new companies need us very badly, they tried but still the Kuwaiti government decision did not change. In my company there are around 300 people, out of which we are 18 Bangladeshis. All the Indians have already transferred to new companies, accept we the 18 Bangladeshis, it is very shameful for us and our government. Time is running out very fast. Already lots of Bangldeshis have left Kuwait due to the ban.
