For a clean city
The easiest way to clean the dirty Dhaka city is to enforce a simple law. If the government decides to fine the owners of all shops, offices and houses who do not clean their premises and spread this message among the people through the media the whole city will be clean. The amount of money to be realised as penalty for lack of cleanliness should be at least Tk 2,000.
I am sure the enforcement of this law will not be so difficult and it will clean the city fast.
